Welcome to Witty, a platform where players can enjoy blockchain-based games such as Lingo and Moonsheep Cannon(“Games”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Witty’s websites, applications, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using or accessing Witty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
“User,” “you,” “your” — any person using the Platform. “Witty,” “we,” “us,” “our” — the operator of the Platform and its affiliates. “Account” — your registered profile or wallet used to access Witty. “Virtual Currency” — in-platform tokens, credits, or balances used for wagers or play. “Real Money” — fiat or cryptocurrency funds deposited for wagering. “Wager / Bet” — an amount staked on a Game outcome. “Prize / Payout” — a reward or return from successful play. “Skill Game” — a game primarily influenced by player input or strategy (e.g. Lingo). “Chance Game” — a game determined primarily by randomness (e.g. Moonsheep Cannon).
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to gamble or wager in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years old).
You may not use the Platform from locations where gambling or wagering is restricted or illegal.
Witty reserves the right to restrict or block access based on region, IP, or compliance policy.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
Witty may require verification (KYC/AML) before deposits, withdrawals, or continued access.
3. Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to the Platform may be limited in certain countries or territories due to local laws and regulations.

Users may fund accounts using approved wallets or payment methods.
All wagers are final once accepted.
Skill Games involve both skill and chance.
Chance Games rely purely on randomness; skill cannot influence results.
Payouts are credited after verification and may be subject to network fees or taxes.
Witty may impose wager limits, deposit caps, or risk controls at any time.
5. Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawals require verification and are subject to processing times and network fees.
Once a wager starts, refunds are not provided except for verified errors, malfunctions, or fraud.

The Platform and Games are provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees of uninterrupted service or winning outcomes are made.
11. Limitation of Liability
Witty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability equals the greater of (a) total wagers in the past 30 days or (b) USD 100. You agree to indemnify Witty for losses caused by your breach or misuse.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of an international jurisdiction selected by Witty. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration or competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless prohibited by law.
13. Termination
Witty may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach, compliance, or security reasons. Outstanding wagers may be canceled at our discretion.
14. Taxes & Reporting
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your winnings or transactions. Witty may withhold or report amounts where legally required.
15. Third-Party Services
External payment or wallet providers operate independently; Witty is not liable for their performance or data handling.
16. Privacy
Use of the Platform is governed by the Witty Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store information.
17. Changes to Terms
Witty may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on https://docs.witty.game/terms-of-service. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
